4. Business Item 1. Discuss anonymous challenge correspondence received by PKF
Littlejohn in respect of the Council’s 2024/25 AGAR to:
a. Confirm approval of the 2024/25 AGAR and the decision to exempt the Council from
PKF Littlejohn’s review of the AGAR.
b. If necessary, start the period for the exercise of public rights once the notice and the
approved AGAR (plus explanatory notes for ‘No’ responses) have been published on the
website.
c. Confirm requirement to update website to comply with publication requirements of the
Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities, the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014
and the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 – note all tasks necessary to meet this
requirement and detailed by PKF Littlejohn.
d. Agree draft text of response to PKF Littlejohn, with link to relevant documents, following
review and all necessary action.
5. Business Item 2. Identify lessons to be learned from this event.
6. Follow On Meeting. Determine if a follow-on meeting is required before the next scheduled
Parish Council meeting on Friday 14 th November 2025 at 7:15 pm in the Hare & Hounds
Public House.
