HACONBY & STAINFIELD PARISH COUNCIL ANNUAL PARISH MEETING
WEDNESDAY 10 TH MAY 2024 AT 7:00 PM
Present: Councillors Richard Dixon-Warren (Chairman), Dennis Sharman, David Winn
Mrs Wendy Gray – Parish Clerk
3 members of the public were in attendance.
1. Chairman’s Introduction. Cllr Dixon-Warren welcomed everyone to the meeting, advising
those present that the Parish Council would welcome any questions if they had any.
2. Public Questions, Comments or Representations. None.
3. Apologies for Absence. Cllrs Blackbourn and Leyland.
4. Approval of Minutes of APM on 10 th May 2023. Circulated to Cllrs – no comments - Cllr
Sharman proposed, Cllr Winn seconded, all in favour that the above minutes be signed as
a true and accurate record.
5. Reports:
a) Chairman’s Report for 2023/24. Enclosed overleaf.
b) Annual Accounts 2023/2024: Accounts not presented – still with Internal Auditor.
Circulated 22 May and approved, signed and dated in an Extraordinary Meeting on 31
May 2024.
6. Conclusion. The meeting closed at 7.17pm.
